Registered capital does not count cash or equipment or anything like that. It is simply the startup capital that the company was registered with and is no of authorized shares times par value. The actual cash a company raises through shares on the other hand is no of issued shares * issued price.

For somebody like CCA to even bring this up as an issue destroys his credibility completely. I cannot believe he is that stupid or naive judging from other comments, it is simply a case of I will say anything to support my short position.
