No he did not. Sometimes rumors have a habit of becoming fact here. Then it becomes a broken promise some how. There was never a promise of another pr or vc before the divi. Some of us would like one just for reassurance I guess but, it was never promised. And for those unsure, once again, the previous vc's are in the stickies. I really don't know how much plainer it could be. The only new info needed IMO is what we will need to make our decission on conversion. That stuff isn't available and won't be until the auditting is complete and opening values are more firm. IMO again.
