JERUSALEM--(Marketwire - 09/16/10) - IDenta Corp. (Pinksheets:IDTA - News) CEO Yaacov Shoham today announced that the company intends to open a new manufacturing plant in India. It will be in addition to the already established plant in Jerusalem.

Mr. Shoham stated, "We have discussed and developed the plans with our representative in India, Technomaxx Securities. The implementation of the plant will take approximately six months."

IDenta will manufacture the core of the different kits (the ampoules with the chemical liquid) and will ship them from Israel to India where the new plant will assemble them into the plastic parts and finish the packaging. All components of the kits except for the ampoules will be manufactured in India.

The secret and the patents of the different kits is with the chemical liquid and their manufacturing will always be done only at the Jerusalem plant. The whole process will be under the strict standards of IDenta's products.

Mr. Shoham further commented, "The market in India is a huge one and is developing very rapidly. IDenta's products are penetrating very well in this important market at all levels and IDenta will be much more flexible in India regarding the end user price and supply time issues.

"Technomaxx Securities is confident that with the new plant they will be able to secure a major share of the Homeland Security market in a reasonable period and they are ready to introduce the products to the retail markets also.
