Is it me, or are his articles weaker than what you seem from the rest of the shorts (MW, Citron, etc.)? He seems to be very fond of the "registered capital" argument, i.e., you bought the company for much more than its registered capital. That proves nothing. Companies for multiples higher than their registered capital all the time.

Roth Capital gave out a quick, very strong response to neutralize the attack:
