I hear your belief of EEGC, and certainly I have been critical of claims they have made. BUT, I do not believe they have ever claimed ownership of flare gas technology -- please post a link that supports your assertion.

Certainly, posters on this board have -- for whatever reason -- claimed EEGC ownership of such technology, but in fairness to EEGC that is not the same as the company claiming it. If they have such ownership -- or even rights -- they have not received it through a transaction with Mr. Bendall, whose name has been associated with such discussions on this board, because if they had they would have been required to make an SEC filing, which has not happened on this subject.

While we are talking about believing EEGC -- their most recent PRs spoke to Bellevue drilling commencing in mid-November, please advise as to your degree of confidence in THAT assertion.
