I talked to Hank Laws today at 4:15 and asked him about the POR. He would only tell me to watch for SEC filing for anything to do with QSGI and that he works for Krusecom. I told him that he used to work for QSGI and also the info from the QSGI filings had the phone number for KruseCom listed on it along with Marc being the CEO for both companies. He kind of froze and reiterated to read SEC filings for info.
