acid jazz - I don't think you are wrong - same cycle as HC - wash, rinse, repeat. When RR drill starts, pps goes down, since anticipation is over. PPS builds a little to recoup losses as results from RR are anticipated. Then drill results are positive for RR, second phase is encouraged, pps falls again, given that there is no way to place a monetary value on the sights until more tests are done over the coming year or two... This is my opinion of how this stuff works, based on HC experience, which has left me just as unsatisfied as the season finale of LOST.
