Silence from management means they are doing their job....and/or there is nothing positive to put in a PR (with regard to the state of the union, including future prospects).

If there really are good developments on the horizon, it would be great to hear about them (and unlike from DB would be more believable). Considering they don't have room to dilute, less incentive to throw us a bone I suppose. Everybody says how busy they are, but it is not that hard to release an update on the website or in a PR.

That does not sound encouraging if it is based on a real assessment. Some say silence is a good thing. What matters is going on behind the curtain, not what is said or not said.

Based on the track record, well, you know...
We can hope for a better outcome under new management, but the jury is still out and may be for some time until we wake up with this at .0001 or much higher all of a sudden. This is a lotto play right now.
