Jack, IF she REALLY believed this stock was worth 8 cents, she would buy out the rest of the company.

Anyone have ANY links to SEC filings showing her buying stock? I settle for a single share purchased by an insider. Just one. How about a link?

SURELY anyone with a right mind would be buying all they can at 0.0022 if they felt the stock was REALLY worth 40x more than that, right? I doubt anyone here will really think about this.
