Behl has not been able to accelerate their business
plan as rapidly as some investors would like and
their frustration is understandable but that does
not mean failure by any stretch of the imagination.
We can debate why the PPS is where it is until we
are blue in the face but this company is under-
valued. Hind sight is 20/20 and I am sure DF would
do alot of things differently if he could but he is
learning from those misstakes and Behl is progressing.
At this stage, no one knows how this will turn out but
IMO, we will see some very incouraging developments
by years end. GLTA
