Depending on the quality of a company and the worthwhile value of PR information, PR's may obviously make a difference in building significant positive or negative sentiments.

In this case I would think that the additional exposure to the global and our U.S. domestic markets could be a shorters worst nightmare as growing positive sentiments and additional cash infusion might reduce the pull backs from the highs ahead of us. Perhaps a smoother transition than what we experienced in the old stick shift automobiles compared to the new automatics.

I realize that there will be dumping at different points. But with the possible and anticipated graduations of asset and earnings growth, we do not need the big sell offs out of fear in support of greed.

This could be an even stronger position with less upside resistance with a PR at this time. IMO
