Good Morning Jake;

Thanks you for the email and the interest in Hall of Fame Beverages. I
will try to answer each of your questions one by one. We do not know or
handle anything with regard to shares for HFBG. Our company does not get
involved in the day to day trading or the stock price of our clients, and
we do not have access to our client's share structures.

We wrote the scripts for the commercial and made some changes to
incorporate a running theme, so I could not give you an exact date when
the commercial will hit the air. I know Larry Johnson has been in the
studio voicing the ad, and Slappy Studios is finalizing the massive
project.

It is my understanding that the ability to purchase products via the
website is currently being worked, so I will try to a more accurate start
date for that project and get back to you as soon as I get that answer.

As far as our payment here at The Stock House Group, I am only at liberty
to say that the company is not the entity paying our firm, and we did not
receive any shares. We have been hired long term to engage in investor
relations and media relations with Hall of Fame, and we will offer a great
deal of consulting to improve the company's image and value. We are not
here to participate in a pump and dump, and our firm does not own any
stock in HFBG.
