INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS dont make high risk plays...if this was a mutual fund type customer they have a get out of jail free card...they have NO risk and they are looking for a 10-20% return and then they will sell

Venture Capitalists: invest inhigh risk companies....but they would normally want more control
