yes they need some new blood at the top. Unfortunately he is Chairman, CEO and President of the company. If they had different chairman then maybe there would be a chance to replace him.

Still the leadership won't change the great numbers that will be posted this qtr in a few weeks. Price of silver outstripping the increase in the price of gold.

CDE is 50% gold and 50% silver now.
