Spam allegations

Sykes posted a link to investorslive that shows a screenshot of an email inbox with tons of emails promoting KBLB. These emails are coming from stockwatch alert.

1.)I visited http://www.swalert.com and you have to sign up to receive their spam.
2.)You enter your email address and receive an email from them in which you have to visit a link to confirm your request to sign up for stockwatch alert.

I am not concerned whatsoever of this particular allegation because you have to sign up for it, and any idiot that signs up for it and then buys just because they so is an _____.
