Just a thought, but at this level, if you are an institution wanting to acquire a decent stake in HDY, it seems the way to do it is to push the pps above $3, keep it there for a week, then pursue a private purchase from the Watts given that they would be freed up to sell ~ 15% of their holdings at that point.
