The interesting part I see is this construction company is heavily connected into the local Indian govts. We all know how business is done its all about WHO YOU KNOW.

There will be those that have had enough and will move on. The day traders will profit and... well good for them. Then there is the rest of us that see a bigger picture that will hopefully materialize into somthing great down the road. I agree with Dragon though this share structure is a little silly and they need to lock it down pronto!!!
