Hi Doc,

This is the first placement and we expect more placements to come -- up to $50 million per the S-3 made effective at the end of August. The funds will be used for potential acquisitions. The Company believes it is essential to diversify its asset portfolio in order to spread risk and accelerate the pace of getting revenues flowing.
