Anywhere MD (PINKSHEETS: ANWM), announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Premiere Investment Properties, Inc., a New Jersey based real estate and resource holding company. Premiere acquires, develops, manages and invests in real estate and resource assets primarily within the Mid-Atlantic States and Western United States. Premiere's mission is to seek opportunistic income-oriented investments and make additional strategic investments in land and resources by leveraging income properties. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and are subject to further due diligence and a definitive agreement between the companies.
