Agreed it "could" be diltuion, but I "think" not.
Market running towards 11,000 DJIA says possibly some MORE money running out of specs like this (and I have many others doing same), and into the blue chips.
JMO, but recent "high volume" 20m at current = $10k, and 40m = $20k is NOT going to hire a fleet of trucks or even pay Cotton's rent for one Month.
IMO - expect news, and big turn coming WITHIN next 6-8 weeks.
