Institutions are still accumulating the stock.
Look at the volume.

This is correct. Way back a year or so ago this would have pitiful volume and maybe go up or down a cent or so. NOW at these much higher prices, I'm seeing multi-million volume days. Today we had 2.4 million volume with a GREEN day on a down day for silver.

What does it mean? It means institutions are buying, not just penny-ante retailers. Who are mostly out of the market these days anyway...
