On the phone shefte did acknowledge that they had obviously made a big mistake by specifying the date and he said he understands the concern but he did say in a very firm voice that the audit IS coming out 'soon'.

I am almost certain it will come out before december, because if it takes longer than that a lot of people will be suspecting other things as the restricted shares are no longer restricted in dec.
