Thanks, I guess that sounds about average. It's just that before buying some shares, I thought I'd ask for an educated opinion. I have been "stiffed" in the past by another company. They claimed a similar spinoff type dividend, even setting a date that one would receive such shares. Their 10Q and 8K reports in the following months even stated that the distribution had occurred, and was a done deal. I am still awaiting my dividend, and it's been 7 months. Just a few days ago, they came out with news that all of the corporate staff, up to, but not including the CEO, have left the business, and they are seeking new staff members. In other words, I may never get my shares, and the company may file for chapter 11 protection next. Yes, one certainly takes chances with these microcaps. I try to keep my investment amounts relatively small, as a result. Thanks again for your input.
