Yes, I have it. Better.
It may be that "amount" of time is allocated to "cover" ? With the speed available today, 11 pm might be the time designated "to be completed by", and 3 minutes is download time? JMG.

It's all early for me, living in Alaska, NY Market closes here at "noon", lots of time to examine evening data.
