IMO Most longs here will be converting there shares and those shares will be retired. If anyone holds SDVI shares after the date then I am sure they will want to wait till pps is atleast in the pennies or it wouldn't even make sense to keep them.
The conversion to Graffiti shares will yield more than if you were to sell your SDVI for this pps.
