Could it be that SYNJ worked out a deal with TD Ameritrade to help cover their shorts right before all the big news comes out? You know #1 Ameritrade was telling SYNJ shareholders that they were working on getting the divi situation resolved and #2 SYNJ said very soon they were going to issue more divis, soooooooo this explation does make sense!
If Ameritrade lifts their buying restrictions on SYNJ soon, i'll bet that's what happened!

And if SYNJ can trade through Ameritrade when they release good enough news to get the PPS moving, we could see this thing run like CRAZY! And if it does, wouldn't that be a big surprise to the sub-penny market?

something definitely up tall.....no way that bid should have held if that transaction wasn't prearranged in some manner.
