This really stinks. No bid. No news. I hope everybody who wants to get out is able to!
I'm thinking that the accredited members conference was not a success. Otherwise, this would not have gone to no bid. There would be buzz. Believe me, if GDTK was positioned to secure $100 million financing, there would be buzz!
The company's silence regarding the question of the A/S is deafening! Granted, this does not necessarily mean that the O/S has risen or will rise, but let's be honest, we all know deep down that it does!
I swore off Pinks many years ago. Chanced onto a story about GDTK and saw Bo in an interview and was enticed to dip the toes back in the water and take a shot. This experience has reminded me of why I got out of pinks in the first place. A welcome reminder. Blue chips are the way to go. Lots of great solid companies with excellent growth and dividend yields. Makes much more sense that investing pinks. IMO If you want to play the pink game for thrills, I think that is ok, but don't throw the retirement money at it, keep it small and conservative.
