Since I've been following the board, he's made three or four claims, based on email conversations he'd had with Joe or another representative of the company. They've all come to pass, when he said they would. It's really not that difficult to email Joe yourself; I did a number of times last year, and he's very responsive if you're polite. But this "why make us do it ourselves" way of thinking is infantile.
