The ETF's/markets are doing the same thing it was doing yesterday - it's dancing with the 150SMA and 200SMA on the 1 min chart and the 50SMA on the 5 min chart.

I think those that want a close about 11,000 on DJI and the opposite side that says "are you crazy??" are battling it out still. Whichever side moves (FAS/TNA....or FAZ/TZA) it gets to the "other side" of those MA's and stalls......

MA's during market tops/bottoms......or before news.....tend to mess bigtime w/ the chart movement. Since many think the DJI is toppy.....and 3rd qtr results are in the next couple of weeks....we're in one of those periods.... and therefore market has little umpfff.....
