Trucking 1200mt/day would fill the 35000 ton shipment in 29 days.
Since he wants enough ready materials to keep the trucks rolling apparently for the first 3 shipments at least.
I guess I'll have to estimate shipping distance and speed. Without looking it up a 6000 mile transit to China at 20 mph would cover the distance in 12.5 days, and if their return load was in the near vicinity in China, the same ship could execute a round trip every 30 days or so,depending on loading and unloading.
I believe newer ships can do 30mph.
The newsletter and CWRN pictures of the crusher were posted 9-30-10.
So the crusher was on site before then. From previous contacts re movement of the crusher it may have been on site as early as Sept 7,if I remember right,so there could be considerable material ready for trucking already,as a fair amount of the loose 80000 ton floats had probably been stockpiled in prep for the crusher.
It would be nice if they could fill the trucks directly from the crusher(and I presume they could) like combines fill trucks,to eliminate any extra steps, but even at only 400mt/hr, it would require a lot of trucks to keep up w the crusher,so I would think the trucking would be the limiting factor. Just providing something else to think on,since there is so much garbage on this board now.
