Yes. I agree but new forms of tech are scary to some who control its destiny, from the decision makers, governments, and big business. Just saying there could be hiding factors and agendas of all involved in the approval process. Money talks and sadly controls every thing an everyone. Not implying that every individual can be bought but we all know many can and also those in strategic places. Big money could hold this back till they feel they can handle its macro effects in the market.
