The worst part is that the EPA will sit on the win until it is all eaten up with high salaries and golden handshakes and red tape created by thier own indoor flunkies....the actual reclaimations will most likely never get done until they can find another way to get the tax payers to pay for it....the 88% windfall is just beyond comprehension, borders on total stupidity by any members of any committee's that signed off on this....who really thinks the Gov't got a bad deal....these lawyers must serve time in a correctional institu8tion someday, cause they are outright thieves.....as I see it...
