GDHI has been delisted since Apr 21, 2009 under 15d-6. My understanding is that in order to uplist they would have to undue that, plus catch up on ALL SEC filings (full blown filings & audits) from date of inception to current. Then maintain a PPS in the required range for the Exchange they wished to join for a certain period of time, then apply.

It could possibly be done, but it would be very complicated, rigorous, expensive and time consuming.
