Reports Q1 (Sep) earnings of $0.19 per share, $0.03 better than the Multex consensus of $0.16; revs were $70.4 mln, vs consensus of $70.7 mln. Expects Q2 EPS of $0.19 on revs of $72-$75 mln, vs consensus of $0.17 and $75.4 mln.
