Hey Kipp, we shall see, as you say, but I suspect the price will be based on something like the average of recent 10-day or 30-day closing price.
I bought and sold awhile back then (suffering seller's remorse, I guess, and due to the strong price/volume momentum) bought a good chunk back this week at $19 and $22.22, so I'm pretty pissed that they would do this PP when there was already plenty of money in the bank and the price was strong.
Management did a similar PP on the cheap about 2-3 months ago, so I fully expect that they are increasing the number of shares on the cheap once again.
