Agree. In DD above, the CEO clearly says he is 2nd biggest debt holder in company and is converting more than 1/2 his debt to stock. That's a lot of stock since I think he is owed over $500,000.00 Paraphrasing here; his interests are totally aligned with shareholders in seeing the shareholder equity increase. That is a big selling point for me.
