Geobio Energy (fka GBOE)

Did we get board approval for the split? Can anyone confirm this, I see rumors and read of a possible split but no concrete evidence. I would like to get a ballpark. IMO I cant see this r/s actually benefiting the company in any fashion, there are no hard numbers to support that Geobio is profitable at this point.

If we were at a share price of, lets say .0004, then split and was able to make the AMEX exchange minimum requirements i could see this being attractive to investors but splitting to a half dollar, come'on. Nothing good can come of this without a blow-out PR and hard financial facts that back the company up.

On that note, some contractors were paid in shares instead of cash, around 25 mil to each person that consulted in some fashion. I would be pissed.
