If the company was only filing the attorney letter with respect to current information it would have been posted and the yield sign changed with 3-5 business days later. There is a more thorough process to rise to the OTCQX level that requires a more in-depth review by OTC Markets. I obtained this info by calling OTC Markets just now. The fact that you mentioned uplist gives me the impression that MediaG3 is aiming to skip a tier of two, but not sure based upon your post. Can you clarify your post any further?
