just called and talked to him... the 20:1 split has taken affect and doenst not include us with gotv divi's. the asset sale/merger (whatever you want to call it) between atnp(gotv) and scfrd has been called off and he doesnt know if it will be brought up again. so according to him, currenltly gotv is not own by scfrd but is still owned by antp.
