Percy, you have to remember when the agreement was made. It was a long time ago and we were in dire straits at that moment. Mangaement is not the same now. The contract was intended as a preliminary agreement. It should probably be renegotiated, as was the intent of the parties way back then. To do that will require that all parties convince each other of their sincerity and fairness. That is a tall order.

The jury apparently found that there was nothing improper with the contract nor the manner in which it came into force. At that time we were a very small outfit with very few shareholders. Agreements like those are very common in small businesses ... I've entered a few of them myself and no doubt many of this threead have also done so.

We've got to forget about poursuing the questions about how and why we got to where we are and concentrate on how we mount up and charge forward.
