He owns NOWHERE NEAR 30% of NXXI. He owns 15 M and there are as of last report 123M shares, which does NOT include the October approx 15 million shares that were just issued, to further dilute your holdings.
Why are these issues for you Jack? All these figures are PUBLICALLY available. And then, it's simple math! How in the world is 15 million shares posted in your post as near 30% of a company with 123 million shares outstanding??? HOW???
Isn't it ironic? It's boasted here about someone picking up 15 million shares, when practically the same amount of shares were just given to the series J holders!
Lastly, you talk about him increasing his position, when he hasn't purchased a share in practically 2 months!
