C'mon, janeyH and KGEM

Agree to disagree, but don't let this board slide into a name-calling, nut-job fest like the "other" board.

JaneyH, KGEM has done more to advance the fortunes of MMTC than anyone else. Yes, he's optimistic. You, on the other hand, take a more results-now approach. That's cool, too. I, for one, am somewhere in the middle of you two. Aaah, diversity of opinion. It's great!

JaneyH, I'd much rather agree than disagree with you, 'cause I respect your opinion, but you have made two missquotes that are pretty misleading.

You quoted the Webinar, "still pieces to be designed." Actual quote is, “working out the final details.” Sorry, janeyH, but there is a big difference between “designing” and “working out final details.” I challenge you to listen to the presentation and see that my quote is exact.

In Post # 2047 about Michael, you quoted, “ … and then [he] praised the Lord at the end.” This sounds a little weird and preachy for a business executive. However, you misquote him in a fundamental way. Here is the transcript:

Michael: Anything else, Dave?
Dave: I do not see any more questions.
Michael: Okay, God bless you … John, you did a great job ….

"God bless you" is a reasonable thing for a business executive to say. "Praise the Lord" is out of place, at best. My opinion.

Let me be clear on my position: I think the current financing shortfall is serious, I believe the company is working very hard to improve this, the next weeks will be crucial, and, finally, we're going to have to live with the uncertainty.
