I agree, it show she has a vested interest in this company's success. Most pinks common are just owned by a bunch of investors
and the president is free to be as careless as they want in terms of corporate and financial management. In this case, she owns half the money she is playing with. This makes PPJE alot safer for the smaller investors who own stock in my opinion.
