They can accept your money but that doesn't mean anything. There was another stock ENT! that launched a website(that didn't work correctly) that would let you pay for a membership. I think people over there are still waiting for it to work.

And with regards to the comment about waiting for a magic PR to have an affect; investor sentiment is the game here pal. If it has no affect then the stock goes down the tubes. Buy the hype sell the news.
