I have a theory and for most penny stocks this theory has played out.

I call it the Pump, Dump, and then Bump.

It you look it has a Pump .0001 x .0005
Then the dump .0005 x .0002

Now we are on the bump .0002 x .0018 x .0005

I am watching this as if there is no dillution the last step is the bump and we are back to the pump stage agion.

If you look at the cahrt we have a .0005 level of support that was build nicely now all it needs to do is hold the .0005 x .0006 and slapping the .0006 will gain an uptick if the .0007 comes up on ask and is hit we will zig zag threw the .0005 selling at .0006 to wack the bid for 20% gains.

We are back to the pump stage and the volume is right so we will see what happens here.

Hoping that what I bought when i sold some ICOA at .0009 goes up so I can atleast get some .0006 or .0007 if it comes to that on ICOA.

This is a true company it should rise and fall on support and resistance there is enough traders on this to move it. Its all a matter of time to see if they will actauyl let it go.
