Why are the studies poorly done?
I participated in studies when I was in collage.
Sometimes got paid or gas paid for or free lunch, not a crime.
It's not a magic drink where you get super skinny just from consuming the product.
It's gives you some vitamins along with a boost in energy and metabolism to get you through your workout.
As a half-marathon runner I use this product in my training. It helps me and has given me some nice improvements over the last year.
