Deja vu, all over again...World Wise Technologies Signs LOI to Acquire $7M Biomass Plant
NEW YORK , Aug. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- World Wise Technologies (Pink Sheets:WWISF), a developer of Green Power energy technologies, is pleased to announce it has signed a letter of intent to purchase the corporation's first Biomass plant with a capacity of 87 Megawatts.

The letter of intent states World Wise will purchase the plant for $7 million subject to financing, due diligence, board approval, and regulatory approval. The plant, located in the U.S., will be moved to a location yet to be determined in Central Ontario.


I wonder who would lend these "gentlemen" 7 million dollars ?
