Did any body CLSC say anything about if they have started or finished thier audited fianicials or filed a 15c211 ..

I think is the SEC stuff needed

Until that's done they will not be trading, I know a company that was pulled in April as well and ALL THIER STUF IS DONE, and still not trading after 7 mo... the SEC takes their time even after all the homework is done +++ even than it's optional if the brokers choose to trade the stock ..

...other company has paid for and submitted everything mo ago...I'm told...

this make take a while..xx fingers for 2010
