I just spoke with Andy Hill, our Investor Representative at CMKX.

He acknowledged that the email he wrote was his, and that he sometimes steps a bit over the line as to what he is supposed to say.

He's dismayed at the focus we here on the board have given that email, and recommended that we all "just move on."

Periodically, I'll read what you guys post, develop questions, and post them herein. If I don't like your answers, I go to Andy and pose them to him. Sometimes he answers them, mostly he doesn't.

Today, he proffered the analogy that we should all stop walking around the forest bemoaning the big monsters and, instead, grab a lawn chair, go to the top of the hill, and SEE how far we can see.

Deep breaths, people. These things take time. Rome wasn't built in a day. Move on with your lives. Check in once in a while to see how things are doing.

Is he excited? Yes! Is he looking forward to getting everything fixed? YES! Is he happy with where things are going? YES YES YES!

However, it's not gonna happen any faster than it is gonna happen, and we're not doing us or any of the CMKX folks (Roger Glenn, Rendall Williams, all of USCA, the SEC, the new legal team, IBM, etc) any good for us to keep hounding them with calls.

We have a question? CALL ANDY! Stop bothering UC. Stop bothering the SEC.

That is pretty much what Andy said. Surprised me that he took so long with me, but there it is.

Andy, if I misquoted you somehow, I apologize. I think I got it right, tho.
