VCTY
VCTY is proof of momentum. The company reportedly has big deals in the works, but
the length of time it takes to complete them has some investors (day traders/flippers)
frustrated. The company appears to be posed to close one of the two India or China
mergers which appear to be equal or at least of the same statue. Great buy before
the official merger announcement is made
